Bed and Breakfast Rates Standard rates for 2012


  Single Room --- £40.00 per night
     Based on one person staying.

  Double or Twin Room --- £70.00 per night
     Based on two people sharing.

  Triple Room --- £100.00 per night
     Based on three people sharing.
 
  Family Room --- £Request

  Children 2 - 15 years --- £20.00 per night

  Sea view supplement £2.50 per person per night.
     Subject to availability. per night

Single Person Supplement £10.00 per room per night for either a Twin or Double Room.

Group booking discount for parties of 10 or more.
TT and Manx Grand Prix Surcharge applies
A deposit equivalent to the first nights stay is required to confirm all bookings - all deposits are non refundable.
A minimum of 3 days notice is required for cancellation or in the event of a no show the full balance of accommodation will be payable.
A charge of 3% is applied to payments made by credit card, debit cards are free of charge and 5 working days is required for clearance of cheques before guests departure.
